Working principle:

The wet material enters the dryer at the same time through the conveyer and the heated natural air, and the two are fully mixed. Because of the large area of heat and mass exchange, the purpose of evaporation and drying is achieved in a very short time. After drying, the finished product is discharged from the cyclone separator, and a small part of the fly powder is recovered from the cyclone dust collector or the bag dust collector. The type Q air flow dryer is a negative pressure operation, and the material does not pass through the fan QG type air flow dryer is a positive pressure operation. The FG type airflow dryer is a type of exhaust circulation type.

4. In the selection of heating mode, the airflow drying equipment has great adaptability. The user can choose steam, electricity and hot blast stove to heat according to the condition of the area, and at the same time, according to the heat resistance temperature (or hot air temperature) of the material: ≤ 150 ℃, steam heating can be selected; electric heating (or steam heating, electric compensation or heat conduction oil heating) at ≤ 200 ℃; coal-fired hot blast furnace at ≤ 300 ℃; and oil-fired hot blast furnace at ≤ 600 ℃.

Matters needing attention:

• The lubricating parts must be lubricated before they are put into use.

• When the dryer is put into use, it must be adjusted correctly to supply enough steam of high quality (above gauge pressure 6atm) in order to bring the dryer into full play.

• Pay attention to stopping order when using. Before putting into production, the steam valve is opened, the regulating valve is closed, and the fan is started. With the increase of the air temperature in the pipeline, the regulating valve is gradually hit and placed in the production position. When the air temperature in the pipe reaches the requirement, start the feeder feeding. Look at the moisture content of the wet feed and the water level of the finished product to adjust the feed. Stop the feeder in reverse order, stop the fan and close the steam valve.

• Adjust and operate the scraper centrifuge so that the moisture of wet material is low and stable, and the feeder is fed evenly.

• Pay attention to fire safety, dust around the dryer clean in time. Smoking in the workshop is strictly prohibited. Welding repairs must be shut down and fire-proof done.

I. Daily maintenance content

1. Check the automatic drain valve on the front filter before each shift every day.

2. Check that the tower change and boost is normal.

3. Check operating conditions, inlet pressure, inlet temperature and air flow.

4. Check the moisture indicator, blue for dry, pink for moisture.

5. Check if muffler is dirty, too much pressure of regeneration tower means muffler needs to be replaced.

6. Check front filter and post filter pressure drop and replace filter element if pressure drop exceeds 0.5 bar.

II. Monthly maintenance content

1. Check control air filter for non-heat and airflow dryer. Replace if necessary.

2. Check the filter core of the air dryer guide filter and replace it if necessary.

3. Check the suction filter of the airflow dryer and replace it if necessary.

III. Quarterly maintenance content

1. Check re-filter and post-filter cores, check for clogging and possible damage, replace as needed.

2. Blow the relief valve with compressed air.

3. Check the dew point status of the output.
